Tracy Mitrano

Tracy Mitrano is the Academic Dean of the Trust Assurance and Cybersecurity Certificate Program for the University of Massachusetts. The former Director of IT Policy at Cornell University for over a decade, Mitrano has spoken internationally on subjects such as global Internet governance and intellectual property, global education, and information technology policy.
