Our annual conference on libraries, technology and learning at international American universities, hosted online or by a different of member institution each year.

Peer Advising Network
This program allows members to request advice on an issue they’re facing from AMICAL peers with relevant experience or expertise.
Elisabetta Morani Library Staff Development Grants
Small financial awards for the professional development of library staff at member institutions.
RESPOND (Resource Sharing Program for Network Discovery)
Through the AMICAL-OCLC RESPOND program, member libraries obtain access to a powerful set of services for management, discovery and sharing of library collections. They also become members of the OCLC cooperative, able to benefit from the opportunities that opens for professional contact and development.
Licensed resources
The E-Resources Committee negotiates group pricing for members on licensed products that cater to their needs. These products may include full-text collections, bibliographic/factual data, library service technologies, and educational software.
Library Juice Academy partnership
AMICAL has partnered with Library Juice Academy to provide our members with a 20% discount on course registration fees.
