Simplify your e-resource access with OCLC’s Hosted EZproxy

In this session, Omar Farhoud (Senior Library Services Consultant, OCLC), will showcase Hosted EZproxy. Despina Tsilimagkou (eResources & Web Services Manager, ACG) will also share their experience with this product.

EZproxy provides a simple, secure way for your library users to connect to your e-content from almost anywhere. The Hosted version of EZproxy is managed by OCLC and meets both the needs of the library and IT because it connects to most identity management systems and supports many different authentication schemes. Hosted EZproxy collects data at the point of authentication and provides insights into who’s using what library resources, when, and from where. It can help when assessing ROI on the electronic resources you subscribe to or when having conversations with stakeholders.
