Guiding AMICAL’s consortial activities and cultivating member communities
AMICAL members have organized themselves into groups to advance consortial goals, and to connect and collaborate around shared interests.
- Representatives from each member institution help advance AMICAL’s mission, and promote the consortium and its spirit of collaboration as a group, by representing their institution’s stakeholders.
- Standing Committees coordinate active consortial programs and initiatives that represent either mission-based goals identified by the Coordinating Committee, or goals already established as part of a consortial grant. If you’d like to contribute to the work of a committee, contact its Chair.
- Interest Groups aim to create communities of practice among AMICAL members in topics of broad interest. If you’d like to join an Interest Group, join the appropriate category on AMICAL Connect. (In the case of closed groups, contact AMICAL staff or the group’s convener.)
