The conference is open to all interested staff and faculty from AMICAL member institutions, as well as selected individuals invited by the organizers.
Program
The AMICAL Conference grapples critically with issues relevant to international liberal arts institutions. This year’s theme is “Openness in teaching and research: Broadening our horizons for the digital future.” The program will focus on openness in all its expressions – from open access publishing, to open educational resources and practices, to openness as a liberal arts value – as well as on many other topics relevant to AMICAL’s members.
With highly interactive presentations, workshops and discussions, the program combines invited keynotes with peer speakers to create an event filled with expertise, local relevance, innovation and inspiration.
The program overview, a tentative schedule of sessions and the speaker list are now available.
