Useful information
- We’ll be using Zoom for all sessions, so make sure you have it installed.
- Take a look at our online event guidelines to ensure your event participation is as smooth as possible.
- On the morning of each event day, we’ll also send you a reminder email with links to join each session.
- Only some sessions will be recorded – see each session description for details.
- Some sessions will use breakout rooms. If you’re attending with other colleagues from the same physical space, breakout rooms work best if each individual uses Zoom on a separate device and moves physically away from other attendees during the breakout.
- We can issue certificates of attendance for those who attend the sessions live, as long as they register and join using their institutional email address. We are not able to certify attendance for watching the recordings, or for multiple colleagues who attend from the same device.
- We will share registration data with session organizers to facilitate follow-up after the Forum.
