Documentation from studies and surveys conducted across AMICAL institutions, including:
- Coordinated studies of library user communities at member institutions, using ethnographic methods, surveys, etc.
- Collection and sharing of institutional research data for benchmarking.
Members have cooperatively participation in external surveys related to technology use and/or information literacy, such as ECAR (EDUCAUSE).
