I am an Associate Professor of Psychology at the American University of Kuwait. I hold degrees in Psychology (B.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D.) from the City University of New York. In my research experience, I conducted interdisciplinary studies on cognition, brain, and behavior, in both humans and animals from the perspectives of Behavioral Neuroscience, Psychology and Biology. I am currently conducting research exploring causal factors underlying learning in students of all ages and the influence of technology on cognition, learning, and wellness.
