Accompanying persons

The registration fee for an accompanying person, not attending the conference program, is €130. This fee is not covered by AMICAL; instructions for making the payment will be emailed to those concerned.

The fee includes:

• airport pick-up/drop-off service
• daily ground transportation from the hotel to JCU and back
• City of Rome tourist hotel tax
• access to the JCU cafeteria (an inexpensive lunch option)
• dinner party
