Conference hotel

The conference hotel is the Jannat Regency Hotel located in the southern part of the city, approximately a 15 minute walk from the AUCA campus.

Other hotel options are listed below. However, attendees are encouraged to stay at the Jannat Regency Hotel, for its convenient location relative to the conference venue. Breakfast and free Wi-Fi are included. For a full list of hotel services, consult the hotel website.

Discounted prices (link restricted to AMICAL members) have been secured for AMICAL 2018 conference attendees. If you are attending the Conference, but are not an AMICAL member, get in touch with us at amicalconf@amicalnet.org to receive this information.

Attendees can book their stay at the conference hotel during registration. Thereafter, any changes, cancellations, or questions about the hotel booking should be through AUCA (amical2018@auca.kg, indicating “HOTEL BOOKING” as the subject), not through AMICAL.

Transport to and from the AUCA campus

A conference bus will be available every day to carry attendees from the Jannat Regency Hotel to the AUCA campus and back.

Attendees not staying at the Jannat Regency Hotel are responsible for ensuring their own transportation between hotel and the conference venues.
